"Do not order Togo from this location, if you do verify everything before you leave. We ordered online and after picking up our food and driving the 15 miles home discovered that our side selections had just been replaced with 4 orders of baked beans (none of the potato salad or green beans we ordered), the bread selections were completely absent, as was the brownie my wife ordered and paid extra for. When I called they were just like "oh well, I guess we can refund the brownie." You guess? Oh wow, amazing job guys."
"Food was good. The restaurant however doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a month of Sundays. The bathroom wall looks like it has nicotine stains rollin down the wall our feet sueaked from the stickiness of the floor. The windows look like a pack of hounds where rubbing there noses across them nd the tables were ALL sticky and had crumbs and othe debri left on them. I can go on about other things as well. I liked the food for what it was, fast-food oriented to bbq"
"This is the westerner.. was suppose to be a toasted bun and cheese on it... meat was dry and flavorless.. resturaunt was absolutely disgusting like no one had cleaned the tables or floors in a week.."
"I have never in all my life been so disgusted with a restaurant before. Every single time we eat there, they mess up our order. Most recently they messed up our order majorly, and so I called. The worker who answered my call disgusted me, in fact all of the workers are completely incompetent. There was no manager on duty to speak with, so I had to dispute the charge of a whopping $45.00 for 2 meals, with my bank. They did an investigation and came to the conclusion that I should be refunded. **UPDATE** The owner; Cameron read my Google review, and asked me to email them, so I did thinking they were going to correct my order, but they never responded!! I AM SO ANGRY. I WILL NEVER EAT AT DICKEYS AGAIN AND IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW!!!"
"Ouch, major let down! I've been to this specific place multiple times. I get they've jacked their prices by over 30% across the board, most places have. But I got the westerner plate, a favorite of mine and it was bad. Price is over 30% more but 1 less side and no cheese or onion and one small cup of BBQ sauce. No ice in the soda machine and 3 of the 8 flavors were out. 1 overworked employee who could barely keep up. Man this place has gone downhill. Hope it gets turned around. Here is a pic of my $18 meal"
