Smashburger

"Very spendy for a burger place. Smash tots are way overpriced for the amount that you get (large size tot in the picture). Restaurant is very dirty and could use a deep clean. The restroom doors have dark hand print marks on them. The restrooms are also very dirty. They obviously haven't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time."

"The food here is always exceptional. My husband and i have never had a bad meal here. It’s always cooked to perfection. Great service too! The workers are always willing to help… explain the menu, grab utensils, bring us the food. They are just truly happy to be there which is hard to find these days. We have never had any order issues coming here and if we do, we would definitely let them know and we know they’d fix it right away!"

"Didn't have black bean burgers, the beef burgers I did get looked like a week old with old crusty looking stuff on it. Was unable to eat any of it. On top of that they didn't even refund me for all the black bean i ordered and charged me for thing I didn't order. I have been asking for that refund back and i was ghosted. They didn't answer the phone when I called, complained to corporate and got dropped. Here's photos so you guy can see how disgusting this was. Was told someone didn't prepare the food properly in the morning which is why they didnt have the black bean burgers."

"The man who was working in the back the entire time was not the problem but the man with dark hair working the front/back was extremely disrespectful. We understood it was busy and we waited patiently. Once our food finally came out after a long time that wasn’t even our problem. We asked for fry sauce and he gave us the biggest attitude and my pregnant sister was craving it and he refused to give her some, only on one order. He also caused a big scene which was embarrassing for everyone. The food was also concerning."

"I will do a review on the whole experience. Their sign on the door was asking for cooks. I have no idea how the ONLY woman at the register was taking orders, taking food to people in the restaurant only by remembering their face, calling out to go orders and cleaning up. Talk about working hard. I commend her for keeping up with everything. The burger was OK at best. Nothing to write home about. Seasoned well. The average smashed burger. I thought it was a bit chewy. I prefer my burger thick and a bit under done. The smashtots were way over priced and came out on a tasty way too big for how many you get. Half the tots didn't taste like I got anything in them either. They were dry and flavorless. By the time I got a single patty burger, tots and a drink it was $17+. That's a lot for a burger joint. First and probably the last time I'll visit smash burger. Not my kind of burger joint."
