"I am disillusioned with southwest medical since Mercy took over. I have been waiting for a pharmacy refill for several weeks now. I called the pharmacy and they indicate that they have faxed the doctor 4 times now, with no response. When I try to call and contact the doctor, the maze of options on the phone line are ridiculous, and oneo I get to a real person,I am told that the doctor will call me back. Still waiting to hear from anyone about anything. I love my doctor, but loathe Mercy so far.. Never had these problems before Mercy...sad"

"Read all the reviews. Since Mercy took over, this place is a train wreck. Still working on resolving their documentation mistake on my bill from six months ago. Called for missing lab results and the customer service agent kept telling me what she did not know rather than address my question. She was very rude, and then told me, the customer, she would not be disrespected. WOW."
