"Usually staff is very helpful. This evening an employee walked right in front of me as I entered store. Then he came into aisle where I was clearly trying to find right oil. He was 5ft from me and still said nothing . When I asked which oil to use for a mower he paused, said unfortunately we're not going to be able to tell you that because ..inaudible. I stood in aisle several more minutes texting someone for answer then looking for product. There was none left on shelf. He was at counter talkineft and purchased at another store.g with other employee. I left and purchased at anotherstore."
