"Disappointed, just made a purchase of several items, get home then read email from my credit card company stating that if I made a purchase there in the next three days that I would get 25% cash back for my birthday. I called and asked the associate if it would be possible to return everything and repurchase it to get my birthday reward and he said no, there's no way that's possible. Being in retail management, I would have definitely accommodated my loyal customer. I guess I will just return everything and make my purchase somewhere else. Thank you big lots for helping me realize that you don't cater to your valued customers."
