"Ordered a coffee drink and paid extra for caramel drizzle and watched the girl put the lid on and no drizzle. If you charge extra make sure you put it on. Also watched her make it and it was poorly made. Pastry was old too. Gave 2 stars cause at least it was hot. Will stick with chai tea, pretty difficult for them to mess that up. Good reminder of why I don’t go there anymore."
"Ok...I'm just not happy that Starbucks is discontinuing their raspberry syrup. My favorite drink in the winter (THANK YOU Lupino) is a white chocolate mocha w raspberry. In the summer is a iced white chocolate w raspberry. NOT HAPPY."
"Stopped by after doing some grocery shopping. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and a vanilla cream cold brew. The barista accidentally made two pumpkin creams because when I picked them both up they looked exactly the same and weren’t labeled. I asked which one was vanilla and she realized the mistake and went to make the vanilla. Meanwhile I moved the two pumpkin ones to the side so they weren’t in the way. She comes back with the vanilla and then asked for one of the pumpkin ones back! After I had already touched it! I gave it back because, fair, I only got two drinks and I really didn’t need a third but it’s happened to me twice before at other locations where they’ve messed up and I’ve tried to give the wrong one back and the barista says that for health code reasons they can’t take it back. I guess there’s no health code here!"
"Its Starbucks, what do you expect. If you'd expected artisan coffee you mistakenly forgot to type local before you typed coffee shops near me. Though your mistake may have been an honest one it's a mistake none the less and it's time someone told you objective truth can be found in this life."
