Jack in the Box

"The other night around 12:30am Jack in the box was open so I got a breakfast sandwich. For some reason it took maybe half an hour to 40 minutes to make which is so strange to me?? It was one sandwhich… Anyways I get my sandwich a while later and it tastes super weird, like burnt and chemically cleaning supplies taste and this other weird sour type taste. It tasted so disgusting I started feeling sick and scared it’d get some type of food poisoning so I threw the rest out. Low and behold I wake up a few hours later with the absolute WORST sickness I’ve ever had. I puked for 24 straight none stop. My vision is messed up, flickering and altered. I’m dizzy and faint even sitting down. I haven’t slept more than a few hours in the past three days because of excruciating pain. I was finally able to walk today. I tried to walk yesterday to pee and after a few step was on the ground crying in hysterics from the pain. I’ve been struggling to breathe and according to my boyfriend ive been crying and wheezing in my sleep the few hours I was able to. My arms and hands are burning and stinging still, I’m consistently nauseous, I have the worst ongoing headache, my skin stings. My boyfriend has been telling me that’s it’s scary how pale I am and how sunken my eyes are. I legit feel like I’m dying and withering away. All of this isn’t even the half of it. I’m hoping I’ll have the strength to get to my doctor today. I don’t know why this happened, maybe they were ticked off that I ordered food so late I don’t know. There was no reason for the sandwich I waited over half an hour for to have tasted the way it did and to have made me so horrifically sick. I’m leaving this review but it’s not the only action I will be taking about this."

"After repeated attempts to get our order straightened out, they then had the audacity to then tell me when I came back to get the sauces they had failed to put the bag that it was going to cost $.25 per extra packet of sauce, and only giving us one sauce for free which they then failed to tell us at the drive-through it’s not about the money that the requesting it’s principal at this point what about my $.25 in gas to drive back over? Also when there are multiple orders per transaction I’m still charged for sauce and only to get one for free??? Or maybe it had to do with the manager breathing down this kids neck the whole time idk I’m very yes, dissatisfied. The only reason I’m giving the 2 stars is for the lady at the drive through window and her great customer service skills and her sweet Demeanor"

"I had to try their milk tea with boba! The tea was perfectly sweet and the bobas were a chewy texture which is exactly what I wanted. The boba pearls seem to be the packaged ones you can get from diy boba tea kits from a grocery store. I will definitely go again for another and to try their iced coffee with boba. Surprisingly, they were not busy and I didn't wait long for my order. I went on a Sunday close to 3 pm."

"I'd give zero stars if I could. Just left there 10:20 pm on 11/15/23. Got my food, they forgot to give me my drink. So I tried going in, dine in hours on the sign on door says open till 11pm. They were closed... Had to get back in the drive thru line. At that point it's another 20 mins. I get to the window and my food is cold. I told them. They refused to remake it. As this was their fault. They said they can't. Once it's in customers hands it is what it is. What?!?! Absolutely absurd. So I asked for a refund. Girl with purple hair was rude, and had a terrible attitude and stormed off. Then a young kid with a mullet decided he's going to refund me. And then asks for the food back. I said give me my card back first. He was going to hold onto my card until I gave him the food. No one wants to spend $15 on cold food. Over 30 mins wasted, and went home with no dinner. Terrible!"

"The last two times at this location, we sat in line for 30+ minutes, cars lined up behind us, so we had no choice but to wait it out. Only 2 or 3 cats ahead of us. Short staffed, maybe? One of the times we were charged for food, we did not order either. Check your bags/receipts before leaving and do not go here for "fast food.""
