"Just worst than average. No flavor over hot. No customer at the lobby so I don't understand the rush? How can anyone screw up? It ruined my idea of perfect coffee. This morning I had another location in Ogden Utah, perfecto! But not here. Good"

"The staff was not rude but they were not friendly. This location is disappointing. Thankfully, I no longer live in this area. Today I stopped here because of convenience hoping it has changed. My drink has never been right made here, but today was the worst of all. Within 5 minutes my stomach was hurting after ordering a venti blonde hot latte. I've been drinking Starbucks for 5 years plus almost every day, same drink. I have never had this type of reaction. The taste in my mouth is disgusting and I feel like that milk was either expired or no longer at correct temperature. I feel sick, disgusted, and let down. I will never ever for any reason stop at this location or recommend it to anyone."
"Sandi was amazing. She was pumpkin themed for the first day of pumpkin spice lattes! I really appriciated her and it's crazy how seeing someone passionate about their job just gives you a better outlook on life. The coffee helped too :)"
