"My husband and I are seniors. We are very capable of using technology to order food. During the 45 minutes that we were in McD, mostly seniors came in to order food. It can be very confusing for this generation. It would have been much more considerate for the older generation tokeep counter and kiosk at least for a few more years. What's your big hurry? Greed? Less help, more money for the corporation. Not happy!"
"Absolutely ridiculous we sat in the first lane for 10 minutes waiting for us to order our food. Three cars go through the second lane while we’re still sitting there. Make sure you have someone that can switch from one speaker to the other. We spoke to the person on the 1st lane who was disrespectful and didn’t try to help in anyway other than to tell us to wait. Saying he’s “trying to do the best that he can” but he really wasn’t. Next time I will be going to main manager or corporate."
