"Placed a delivery order online. 40 minutes later I get a phone call from a person who didn’t even identify who they were or where they worked and said “yeah, we’re canceling your order and transferring it to another location.” When I told them, we’ve always ordered delivery from their location in the past and if she would check in her system she would see that, she said it didn’t matter. So we’re looking at a whole new wait time, delay for monetary return, and to top it off, the “new” location called where they sent our order and said they were out of wings (which was all we ordered to begin with). Such a fail and this is coming from someone who has spent many years in customer service. Dominos on Cinema Drive make better hiring choices. You just lost a loyal customer."
"The pizza showed up like this. Did they try to do a bad job on purpose? Its almost funny. Anyway it tasted the same so I guess they at least did that right."
"We just picked up a takeout order from the cinema location and had to wait double or expected wait time. After going in and seeing my order on the screen saying 1-5 minutes, I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to prep bake and get me my $60 order. The staff I encountered seemed under trained unfortunately. We were offered no apology or discount."
"It was my first visit to a US Domino's and I wasn't overly impressed. It took almost 50 minutes for my garlic bread bites and pizza to be ready. The bread bites were great but the pizza was nowhere near as good as what I've come to expect in Canada, it could have been cooked longer and definitely could have been cut properly, none of the slices were separated."
