She was distressed about losing it. They sent us a replacement magnet in the mail the next day free of charge. Great people!"
"I have always loved the clothing and candles at this store. Recently I had a minor issue with something I purchased. The issue was definitely a personal sensitivity, and in no way the fault of the store. Despite not having kept my receipt and it being of no fault of the store, they allowed me to exchange my item. The manage was SO kind to me, and even thanked me for being a customer. I can’t say enough nice things about how they handled the whole situation."
