"I tried to return an item that did not fit properly. The clerk was very happy to take the item back, but refused to return our money, and insisted store credit, instead. Sad, because she sold the item to us in the first place, knowing that I didn't try it on at the time. As we paid for the item, she assured us we could return it, but mentioned nothing about no monetary refunds. Very, very disappointing. Other than using the store credit, we will NEVER be back."
