"I’ve ordered from this location three times and they’ve botched my order every single time. In one instance, we waited two hours after placing an online order before we called. They told us that they had misplaced the order, and when we went to pick up the sandwiches, neither of them were correct. They are also often out of ingredients. The most egregious incident, however, was when I left my house (nearby) and found two JJ employees smoking weed on my front doorstep before getting up and returning to their shift. I followed them inside and ordered a sandwich. I held onto the hope that stoned employees would miraculously produce a correct order…but alas, my sandwich was incorrect yet again."
"I was very surprised to find that this Jimmy John’s is probably the best I have ever been to! Their food was fantastic! Service spot on! And their location very convenient to those who want good food for a decent price!"
"The people who work there are generally pretty nice. On several occasions they accept my order online but call to let me know they don’t have a driver or decided to close early. Still out $30 for the next 3-5 business days and no Jimmy John’s. When they can complete the order, it’s what I wanted about 75% of the time."
"My family catered a luncheon and ordered the 30 box online several hours in advance. When we went to pick up the sandwiches, we were told that they ran out of lettuce and tomatoes. We were not told in advance and no discount was offered. Paying $60+ for a box of sandwiches and only getting the bacon on the BLTs is unacceptable. On the food safety side, the sandwiches were left sitting out and were not refrigerated. We’ve enjoyed Jimmy John’s sandwiches in the past but do not plan to return to this location."
"Ordered sandwiches for me and a couple of employees. Was delivered a couple of different sandwiches. Was told “you were given what you ordered.” I explained my receipt showed I was not given what I ordered and didn’t receive the most positive response. I haven’t had Jimmy John’s for over a year as last time it took over two hours. They claimed they were giving me a coupon and cookies to make up for it but received neither. I am likely done with Jimmy John’s after this experience. I understand a mistake when they are busy. However, the lack of effort to correct on two occasions is unacceptable."
