"Staff was pleasant. However, we ordered 6 breakfast bagels and they were so incredibly soggy we could only choke down half of it. Doesn't seem like they toast the bagels before making the sandwiches so beware before getting one here. (We ate the sandwiches right after they were made so them getting soggy had nothing to do with them sitting too long)."
"15 minute wait for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and it was not busy. disorganized. people who ordered after me were getting there'a before. not short staffed.... there was like 10 people working. then my bagel was cold."
"Bagels are fairly priced but a bit disappointing. They taste and have a texture like they were microwaved. the salmon on my lox bagel was fresh but the quality of the bagel really held it back. I recommend the shop toasts their bagels to make them more “stiff”"
"Food is always super good, the only reason I give them a 4 is I often get the bagels I order to go and I've picked multiple up that are missing toppings that I pay extra for. They have lots of topping options ans lots of bagel options as well. The amount of healthier options is very nice as well."
"They don't have anything gluten free so I didn't order anything for myself, but the rest of my family raves about the steamed bagels and cookies. It's a nice little place with cool decorations, and a go-to spot worth checking out if you're feeling like a bagel treat."
