"Had Temp Pro come to evaluate our furnace that was not working properly. They came out and discovered the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into the house. Had 2 other companies come out to see if the furnace could be fixed. They all recommended a new furnace as ours was 20yrs old. Temp Pros gave us a competitive bid for a Trane system. The next day the furnace was installed and they came out again to adjust the blower. The furnace works great and the company was great to work with. Communication with the company was excellent. The owner would answer the phone when I called to answer all my questions. The techs that came out were all professional and very knowledgeable. Great company and would highly recommend"

"Gordon and his teams have been great! My project has taken much longer than anticipated which in turn delayed the HVAC final installations. Temp Pro was very patient and worked with me and the crazy delays. "They were quick to respond and worked with my availability. I needed a modification of an exhaust pipe on the roof which they threw in with the service call-in addition to the gas valve replacement on the furnace. Another company told me I needed a significant number of parts (3 1/2x the money as pro temp) and that it might take 2 weeks to get them. Pro temp looked at the furnace on Thursday and had the part and was here by Monday to install. The other company could have a replacement furnace installed in 2 days! No parts but a new furnace would be easy to get. Pro temp said that I would be gambling that nothing else was broken because without a gas valve nothing else could really be adequately checked. So I was left to wonder why the other company could declare the need for so many parts. The technician, Davin, said he’d been doing this for 19 years and was reasonably sure the valve would solve the Problem. We have heat now, are pleased with the cost, and will call pro temp if we have any more issues. I do always recommend getting 2 opinions so I’m better informed. It’s just good business."

Got our furnace checked out and ready for winter and replaced a tired capacitor on our AC to make sure the AC operates at its best using power as efficiently as possible.
