"A truly bizarre experience. First of all, I’ve never been in a smaller or more crowded waiting room- ever in my life. Secondly, nobody spoke to us or explained anything to us before they called my husband back for his procedure. The receptionist said two words- “your name?” and the next person to speak to us was the lady who called him back. I got up to go with him and she said I couldn’t come. Really. So I asked how long it would take and she shrugged and said, “I don’t know, an hour and a half or something like that?” It was as if she had never done this before. I was so confused. Then, about 5 minutes after my husband texted me to say they were taking him back for his procedure, the receptionist announced to the waiting room that she had to go work in the next office if we needed anything. I am just in awe at how unprofessional this place is. The lack of care and compassion is astounding. The procedure was preformed in the back of an office. I wish we had gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anybody, even as a last resort. If you are reading this and wondering if you should be worried or not- the answer is YES. RUN the opposite way. Go anywhere else but here."

"I have no idea who my Dr. Is. I have had a procedure. I got called from someone that was vague with answers, was confused about the question, and ultimately ended up getting both of us frustrated. Patient/Dr communication is non existent, Nurses are unapproachable. I need to have a follow up but have NO IDEA who to call what to do, I know I am supposed to go in? But no one will talk to me about it. So they put you on a procedure, I am still very sick, and then they appear to abandon you saying it's all normal? I do not understand."

"Had an appointment here. I have used them twice before. Now they say your family member who they call "driver" can't come inside with you and can't be in the recovery room when you wake up. Hiding under the covid reason. My wife is a BSN RN and we both have had 4 vaccines. There is no reason she can't be by my bed when I am waking up. Knowing the medical field the reality is they just don't want to deal with the patients family. You should be allowed one family member there with you after your procedure. They make them stay out of the office and they "text" them when you are ready to leave. Couldn't get more impersonal than that. I went somewhere else."
