I had a visiting vet service come to my house on Friday and I received a call on Monday from Danielle at Loving Hearts letting me know Ducky was ready to be returned. I was so thrilled with the turnaround time!!!! I was extremely touched to see the amazing care they take shipping and returning our loved one. The ink nose & paw print, and the claw paw print were way better than I was able to attempt on Friday. Thank you all at Loving Hearts, you did a tremendous job from phone calls, service, and presentations."

Scrambling for a solution we called loving hearts they stayed late and were very nice and professional. They didn't have to stay late but they did anyway. That was very appreciated. They had someone pick her up from our pet sitter and were told she was treated so gently and carefully. Our hearts are broken but having her ashes back will allow us to keep her with us and give us time to heal. Thank you for being with us during this process."

"We requested the private cremation and the service was complete in less than 24 hours. The staff was compassionate and professional. Special thanks to the young lady who guided us through the order process. She truly cared, patiently answered all our questions and was attentive to details. When ordering the clay paw print, we asked whether it is safe to leave it outside. The young lady remembered our question and let me know when I was picking up the urn that she consulted her manager and the clay print should be sealed, if left outside."
