"Was heading to Branson, Water in the bathroomsink wouldnot turn off. Had to turn off the water pump. Saw Wades in Joplin. I stopped there and told them the problem. A serviceman and parts guy came out to see what the problem was. They had it fixed and I was on my way within a hour. GREAT SERVICE , GREAT PEOPLE!!!!"
"Came to get some work done. Had been told we had propane tank issues. Billy was absolutely fabulous at working with us and helping us figure out what was going on. He was so patient and helpful!!! We feel like we have now found a service department/person who cares about us as a person and will treat us fairly and help us. Thank you!!!"

"Saw a model we hadn't seen before, so we decided to drop in. They were super friendly but did not "jump" on us as soon we walked in. David, our sales rep, introduced himself, made small talk, and then asked us what we were interested in. There was not high pressure sales, just a friendly conversation. Then the GM , I assumed, asked us how we were and told us more about the RV's were interested in. It was a great experience. We were here from South Florida visiting family, so they didn't make a sale, and they were still just as friendly. We will probably be back to purchase from them when we are ready. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for an RV."

The salesman are very understanding and help you get in the right unit for the right price. The service department is quick and efficient, they make sure that your unit is better than ever and the parts department helped us with all of our new units needs.
