"You always feel welcome when you DROP by the M-E Center. Susan visits with you, asks if you are pleased with you hearing aids, visits, offers you goodies while you wait etc. You never feel as though you are imposing. One day I took a friend in, who did not get her hearing aids at the M-E Center. She had placed her aids in to the point the rubber tip stayed in her ear. She was distraught. Susan calmed her down and told her to relax. She would help with the situation. Susan did remove it and I did not have to take my friend to Joplin, MO. Now that is a great person representing the Miracle- Ear Center. Donna Backes"
