"Went in to make a payment on my husband's and my account since the online payment option was glitching on my phone. Was snapped at by the lady at the register when I tried to let the people behind me move up when I saw this was going to take a few minutes ("No! You need to stay at *this* register!"), told to call customer service though I was there in the store, and then told I needed my husband's driver's license to make a payment, so I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Definitely wouldn't recommend."
