The coaching was phenomenal the entire week of classes. Great technique work, attention to detail, high energy, great strategy, motivation. It was awesome. The warm ups were great. The whole class was run very efficiently. The gym was super clean. Great equipment. Rogue equipment everywhere. Wright barbells that have great spin. People were very friendly and engaging. "Happy Streets is an Inclusive to all ages gym. It offers an adequate training to everyone and also they adapt trainings depending on your needs. Happy Streets offers cross fit groups trainings as personal trainings. The couches approach is great; methodical, and professional. They sharing their knowledge acquired at the university and by their years of experience. The Gym has friendly environment. It makes you feel as part of their family. Brian, one of the owners is engaged not only with his gym but also he is engaged with the community. He goes beyond by offering different activities outside the gym. Brian is awesome! I consider Happy Streets as a second home where I feel safe and in good hands to evolve physically, mentally, and self esteem. It helps to keep bad habits behind and build confidence to get better every day."
