"I went in with an idea for a project I wanted to do but ai had a few questions about what I should use. I was looking g to buy several wards of fabric as well as all the other bits and bobs and didn't want to waste money, so I grabbed a number at the fabric counter and patiently waited my turn. The lady who "helped" me had spent the previous 20 - 30 minutes helping another customer shop for her fabric but when it was time for my turn I was met with a skeptical look as I began to ask my questions. The lady proceeded to sigh like my questions were an inconvenience and said " I have a line, I can't help people do personal shopping." Even though she had just been doing exactly that for the person before me. I then asked about what water-proofing products they had and was met with another audible sigh and a dismissive answer. Seeing as how she couldn't be bothered to help me I thanked her walked away. Terrible customer service. I left without buying anything and will never be shopping at Joann again."

"Atrocious behavior from the store manager. We were in the store before closing, and she creeped into eye line down the aisle from us. At exactly 6, she screamed at my friend and I, "we're closed now ladies, time to leave." And stared us down like we were in trouble. When we said we were going, she started to angry stride toward us, we quickly headed to leave because of this bizarre behavior. When we tried to check out, she circled the register and stood 5 feet away from us. The cashier was super nice and rang us out quickly, but it was incredibly awkward because as soon as he finished and we turned toward the door, she walked right behind us, making comments under her breath. When trying to call to make a complaint the next morning, someone answered with an attitude problem, and we could tell it was her by the voice. Called corporate to make the proper complaint. NEVER going back and embarrassed for the team that has to work under her. Hopefully they get a better manager in the future."

"This particular location always has good clearance and sales going on. There are a ton of fabric selections to choose from and they seem to rotate them out seasonally. This goes for the home decor and even the stickers as well. Right now it's all summer stuff but they are already moving it to make room for the fall merchandise. They have wide well-lit aisles. On this visit, there was only one cashier but there was no line or wait. They have everything you could possibly want craft wise with plenty of seasonal home decor to choose from as well."
