"The staff at the Nevada office “Erica and Riley” were very professional and personable. Riley always answers the phone or greets in a friendly way and is able to answer most questions that I have. Erica performed a very thorough evaluation of my hearing and was able to identify specific tones that each of my ears were unable to recognize adequately. From these test results, and from listening to my specific concerns and personal hearing needs, she was able to identify the best hearing aid options for me. We then discussed each of the hearing aid options at length and Erica answered all the questions that I had pertaining each. Once we determined the best product for my hearing needs, Erica was able to work with her management and the supplier to reduce the price of the hearing aids significantly so payments would fit into my tight monthly budget. As it turns out, I was able to purchase the newest and best hearing aids that Miracle Ear currently makes and I am able to hear things now like I did when I was a teenager. I feel so blessed that Erica and Riley were able to give me the ability to hear things correctly again. I am confident this will help improve the relationships that I have with my friends and family as they will not be asked to repeat everything they say to me or talk louder so I can hear them. "So I work wearing earbuds all day. When I go to the gym I wear earbuds as well. This past week I started feeling like I couldn’t hear and it was freaking me out. So I made an appointment at Miracle Ear and was treated by Erica. I have to say the process was weird because I’ve never cleaned my ears before. See all of the stuff come out frightened me to where I will never use a Q-Tip ever again. The pictures speak for themselves. These people are even licensed. My advice is go check your ears with them.
