"Beyond dissapointed in the service provided. Overcharged for a water heater that did not even work and left my 8 year old sister without hot water for a shower. After providing the "service" they proceeded to ignore the complaints and refused to come and fix it. Even though it should have been done right the first time. Definitely would find someone else to do it."
"Poor service. Their water heaters are junk and poorly installed. They damaged my lines. I had to replace it a week later. They ignore you after its installed. They try to upsell junk people dont need. They didnt even size the unit for proper usage. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM."
