"After teetering the thought of therapy for several years, I’m so glad I stumbled upon Jessica when searching for a therapist that would help in things I struggled with specifically. She is sooo knowledgeable in tools to overcome day to day anxiety / depression, as well as specialized in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to help conquer past trauma. I’m so thankful for her and her talent. Aside from receiving genuine mental healthcare, the office space is comfortable and homey."

"Thanks to Jessica, I have become empowered in my thinking and worked through baggage that I’d been carrying for years. I have many tools in my toolbox to work through stressors, and rely less on negative coping skills. Jessica’s expertise in Accelerated Resolution Therapy propelled my trauma work to a level that allowed me to move away from issues that tripped me up for years. If you are wondering if therapy is for you, the answer is absolutely yes. You’ll grow in ways previously unimaginable once you fully commit to the process. You may go months seeing baby step progress, you may even feel like you’re going backwards. Remember that healing isn't linear. Be patient with yourself. Because then suddenly you’ll experience the breakthrough that frees you. Do it for yourself. Because you deserve to be happy."

"I have PTSD, anxiety, and depression due to childhood trauma and abuse. I have gone to 6 different therapist and been pressure into taking meds that did more harm than helped. I got so frustrated I stopped seeking help. I decided to give counseling on last chance. I have been going to Life Counceling in Rogers for one year. With Jessica’s help and the use of EMDR, In the last year I have accomplished more than I have my whole life with no pressure to take meds. For the first time in 43 years I can say the words “I have worth”. it would never have happened without Jessica and Life Counceling."

"Therapy can be really hard, but it's so worth it. I've had such a good experience here and am so glad I pushed past my fear and doubt and went for it. My therapist, Jessica, has helped me through baggage I'd been ignoring for so long. It feels so good to make progress."
