"Complete frauds. They collect three times. Once from the individual, again from their insurance, and then the government subsidies them. If you have a real problem, just go to Lakeland in Springfield. I wouldn't trust these people with a broom and mop."

"Currently a patient of Clark Center and I have had problems with many things. They don’t listen to the patient at all, when they finally do you tell them the medication isn’t working only to get tested to see what medications work for your body type only to not listen again when you tell them the medication isn’t working. I took myself off my medication because it was making me sick and hoping that they listen to my concerns. If not I will be heading to Springfield for my psychiatric care from now on."

"I have had my fair share with this community bs!!! I have i teenager daughter that is in immediate need of a detention center with her anger issues violence etc. Instead of getting her help they just decided a dfs call was good idea!! No ive had call the police on this child two times take her to hospital once they would not admit her. She is out of control!!!!"

"I have been in a bipolar episode for almost a week now. I have called Dr. Kim’s office in cassville several times about getting help. When they did finally return my call I was told the nurse would talk to Kim and get back to me.. guess what.... never happened. Still struggling with the bipolar episode with no help. Looking for a new dr now"

"This place is insane. I specifically asked to be switched from a NP to a MD and they finally agreed... and then scheduled me with a different NP. They even told me the day of the appt it was with the doctor. We increased my BP medicine 2 weeks ago (for anxiety) and now my BP has bottomed out a couple times making me super sick ... and they tell me they cant decrease back to the prior dose until I have another visit! Crackpots!"
