"Dr. Yeung is an AMAZING surgeon!! I thank God for him and his team. After suffering for 20 years with abdominal pain, chronic bowel issues, and misdiagnosed with PCOS, I am finally free fron the Endometriosis that was ruling my life. "Dr. Yeung is an amazing doctor. He has built a career caring for women with endometriosis. He is one of the handful top specialists that can optimally excise endometriosis including deep and complicated disease. He is able to do this minimally invasive and he will also try to prevent adhesions. I’m 4 weeks post op, I had severe disease and needed 10 hours of surgery. He was very patient, he worked with 2 other specialists. He will not leave until it’s done. He will not back out no matter how complicated it may seem, he will fight for what is best for you. My disease was so severe one of the specialist suggested to not proceed and consider an open procedure. But Dr. Yeung knew what needed to be done, you can definitely trust him. My chronic pelvic pain and my quality of life have already improved, I didn’t have any major complication. Dr. Yeung prayed with me before my procedure and explained everything to my husband after. "Before I found Dr.Yeung I spent two years full of pain, sickness, debilitating symptoms, looked like I was 4 months pregnant all the time it effected ever aspect of my life. My relationship with my husband, never felt good enough for my kids to play with. I was not living life, it was horrible. I thought it had to be something like a auto immune disease. I was told from different doctors well its your age, your close to 40, you have high blood pressure, things change as you get older its just part of it. I felt like they just wrote me off. For 2 years while I couldn't sleep at night I looked for answers and googled all my symptoms and diagnosed myself and thought this is what I have, endometriosis. Which is what I have always told me kids too so I knew he was a good fit for me. Endometriosis excision surgery day came and I again was a little nervous and Dr, Yeung told me don't worry I will treat you like my own and all my nervousness went away its like he knew I needed to hear that. I am now 7 months out and feeling amazing got back my life and feeling human again. My scars you cant even tell they are there now and I'm loving my husband and playing with my kiddos again. "Update: After my first month of trying I got to call Veritas today and tell them that I'm pregnant! What a wild ride this has been! To anyone suffering from Endometriosis out there, I'm living proof that this absolutely can be treated! Don't give up! :) Dr. Yeung was the first doctor who took my endometriosis symptoms seriously in the 12 years I have been seeing doctors about this. He respected me, treated me with kindness and care and was willing to believe me about my symptoms. He took such good care of me during my surgery, calmed me down before the surgery and taught me about endo. Because he took me seriously, he confirmed that I did in fact have stage 2 endometriosis for the past at least 12 years. My surgery with him was clean, smooth, and everything that could be endo was removed! Not everyone's symptoms improve immediately, but I woke up without lower back pain for the first time in at least 5 years! I'm already seeing a vast improvement in urinary issues, bowel issues, and pain with intercourse. No matter what happens with fertility down the road, I am so grateful that he cared about my quality of life, and was willing to help me.
