"I like to surprise my fiancee with flowers every so often, and I always go to Inter City Florists. They have some really good arrangements and are fairly priced. They also do delivery in the Joplin area on the same day if you get in early enough. The people are nice and the store is always welcoming. Overall, it is a great place to pick up some quick flowers for someone special."
"I ordered a beautiful arrangement of pastel roses, described on the website as being approximately 13" wide and 11" tall, for my friend's birthday. My friend received a squat bunch of 11 roses barely measuring 8" wide in red, yellow and purple!! I paid a good price for something bearing little or no resemblance to what was delivered. So far, despite two emails I have had no response or suggestions as to how this might be rectified to everyone's satisfaction. I do not want a refund; I want my friend to receive what I ordered - or something closely resembling it! Very poor product, service and communication. :("
