"I’m not one to give a poor review. Instead I choose not to return. Ordered an arrangement for my wife on our anniversary. Was extremely disappointed in the quality and appearance. Roses were already fully bloomed and died after a few days. Remainder of arrangement was history in less than a week. If I did a review at that time 2 stars would have been generous. Received an email from Higdon’s asking for feedback on my order. Explained my experience and disappointment. Received an immediate response from Lance apologizing and offering to replace the arrangement for free. Told him that wasn’t necessary and I appreciated his quick response to resolve my issue. He insisted on giving them the opportunity to make it right, I agreed. New arrangement arrived on a Monday. The new arrangement was fabulous and lasted over two weeks. I want to commend Lance on his customer service. He and his team took a 1-2 star experience and turned it into 5! Finding people and businesses that care this much about their service and product is rare these days. We should all cherish this dedication and support businesses like Lance’s. You have won my future business."
