"Their cleanliness and safety lacking we don’t think they bleach the showers often because a family member picked up athletes foot and as soon as he started attending his work gym the athletes foot went away. The lifeguards wear socks with their shoes so they are never ready to jump in to save a life. All the lifeguards quit at once due to safety concerns and the pool had no staff for months. They hire people that don’t care and won’t get rid of them because they pay so badly they can’t find actually qualified personnel. Most of the staff looks to bee in high school and act like it. You can never find an attendant even on their camera because they hide. One of the managers Annette told me she sees all kinds of unsafe behavior in the weight rooms and she does nothing to prevent or stop it. They only had 6 Elliptical Machines in the entire center. They then got rid of the 2 best ones to make room for bikes that are hardly ever used. Out of the four remaining ellipticals 3 make clicking sounds. The staff were made aware at least 6 months ago and all they did was replace a cracked step on one of the ellipticals."

"Hyblue Wellness is a great facility that consistently exceeds our family's expectations. With four kids in tow, we've experienced various aspects of the center, and it's been wonderful. The pool is a big hit with the kids, providing endless fun and a great environment. The gym areas are well-maintained and equipped, making our workouts both enjoyable and effective. A standout feature is the kids' exercise classes, which are engaging, fun, and a great way for them to stay active. "This is the 3rd time we have had a Birthday party for our kids here. The room is always clean and ready to be set up. It's great to be able to move from that room straight to the pool area. I think its a great Birthday party idea for kids when it's REALLY hot or REALLY cold. The staff is nice. I felt comfortable with the lifeguards on duty. It was a fun time for everyone."
