"Don't waste your time going into this shop. I purchased a game controller charger from them, went home plugged it in and it didn't work. Within 15 minutes I called asked if I could return it and was told that if I could read I would know that they will do nothing, no returns or exchanges. Not only is nothing said before you purchase, but Kenny that works there is a complete a hole about it. The rudest pawn shop in the area with the worst customer service. I would give them -5 out of 10 stars if I could."
"Their FFL Transfer fee is cheaper than most in the area, but you get what you pay for. Took almost a week for them to submit the 4473 (on paper). Would recommend going somewhere that submits electronically same-day instead."
"I think I met two persons that offered me an honest loan...if I should default. I know they can easily sell the item for more than the loan.. I will be back for that item, Regradless, I appreciate their service and the trust Thank you."
"Weird experience here all around. No negotiations were allowed. Their pricing was not fair, even by pawn shop standards. I was NOT demanding top dollar for anything, as to be expected with used items. However what they were selling was also a used item. When it was all priced out, I would have essentially given up 1600 worth of item plus an additional 400 for something that was worth around 1000. They understood that I was going to use the money from the sell to then turn around and buy another item from them. They were looking to borderline rip me off entirely and I wont allow that to happen. Not even considering negotiations leaves me to think that ripping me off was the biggest priority. I've always been able to at least bargain to some degree when working with retailers that buy from customers."
