"Trey helped my husband find the most beautiful and elegant ring enhancer for my wedding band! I have nothing but great things to say about this location! Excellent service! I'm here to add to this review. While I still love my ring and Trey did a great job assisting my husband, when I received my ring back today the chocolate diamond they replaced in it is a completely different color. Not only that, my ring is like a size and a half bigger than it was when we dropped it off. Both the enhancer and ring fit before and now I can slide it on my thumb with ease. I will be going with a different Jared location moving forward. Eta: I had my ring home for 2 days and a diamond fell out of my brand new ring jacket. Theresa, and Trey are all still absolutely amazing and were very apologetic throughout this whole ordeal. But whoever works in repair and sizing does shoddy work and takes their time to do it. My ring is now at the Lenexa location for repair for the 3rd time in a month."
