"Today I went in to see if they would exchange some jewelry that had tarnished. The woman who greeted me, looked at me like a deer in headlights the whole time while the lady behind her judged me, followed by asking me if I wash my hands with my rings on, and they both made me feel like I had done something wrong. I know we’re on the plaza but you don’t need to act like your customers are beneath you. I’ve been buying Kendra Scott jewelry for years. The jewelry shouldn’t tarnish when you aren’t wearing it in the shower, working out or sleeping in it. Especially for the price of some of the pieces. You’ve lost a customer."

"The staff is great!! I went in to design the jewelry for my bridal party for my upcoming wedding. We were offered champagne to enjoy while we shopped, major perk! They had plenty of options for the style of earnings, cuffs, and necklaces, and all the color options that Kendra Scott is known for! After playing with all our options in the design lab, we were able to create unique stunning jewelry that I know my girls will love. I normally go to Nordstroms for my Kendra Scott stuff, but ill definitely be back here from now on."
