"This was my first experience with selling items to a pawn/jewelry store. I was so nervous. They immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. They took their time looking at my jewelry and explained how the process worked. I’ve been saying to myself a lately that customer service has gone down the drain, but not here. They truly care! After my first, wonderful experience I had with Jewelry by Morgan, I decided to bring in my anniversary ring in to be fixed. My ring was a mess! Missing side stone, larger diamond had fallen out (luckily I found it!), we had to cut it off at home and it’s been sitting there almost a year waiting to be fixed. Because I wasn't able to take the ring off for 7 years straight, it was in bad shape. I wish I had taken before and after pictures as my ring looks brand new!!! My husband and i are both very happy with how it turned out. They quoted me 3 weeks, got it back in 2! They also suggested I bring it in every 6 months for inspection and cleaning for free, which i will absolutely be doing! Thank you again guys!!"
