"This place is incredible. I’ve had a unit with them for almost a year and I couldn’t recommend them enough. It used to be hot inside past the 1st floor, but I went today and the AC was blowing throughout the whole building. Nice to not break a sweat while digging around in my storage unit. Their customer service is always above and beyond. The facility is new and extremely clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place."

I would have left for most cost effective competitors, but the staff here are amazing with answering my questions, crediting me back my over charges, you name it, they go the extra mile. At the O’Fallon MO location: Doug is the man! He takes all of my feedback, suggestions, and issues that arise with grace and professionalism. I haven’t met one employee there that hasn’t gone above and beyond whether I call or go in person. Doug and the staff here deserve high quality recognition from their supervisors, and should be held in the highest regards from the company if they aren’t already. "Extra Space Storage is incredibly easy and convenient. The facilities are clean, and there is 24-hour video surveillance on all their units. Each employee I have interacted with has been super friendly and helpful- this is all I want in customer service :-) The manager is especially a joy, just the friendliest, kindest gentleman, looking to help his customers. Note, the dumpster on site is for company use, not necessarily customer use, but customers can always call and request to use the dumpster- it is granted on a case-by-case basis."
