"I ordered a iced blonde vanilla latte venti and I was waiting inside for it to be made and I saw them put the espresso in the cup and it was solid black with absolutely no crema (froth) at all and it only looked like one shot, it was so low to the bottom of the cup. This drink should have 3 shots in it and fresh espresso should have a layer of foam at the top. I’m wondering if the espresso was old or if they actually use concentrate or something. I won’t be wasting my money here again."
"This is the absolute most ridiculous location. The person working the drive thru literally made me drive around the building because i was too far away from the order screen. There was NO ONE in line. It's the middle of the day. WHAT A JOKE. Go to the new Panera opening down the street instead...maybe they will have some sense."
"We frequent this Starbucks and I used to dread it because of the parking lot and always being slow. The service has gotten much faster the last 6 months. The parking lot is still a pain, but I'm sure the store has little they can do about that."
"I ordered a “Pink Drink with extra strawberry base” ( I didn’t mention anything about H2O when I ordered) but somehow got an even more watered down version of the original pink drink. When I questioned it due to its color and asked if they included the extra strawberry base the employee cut me off and said “Yes” and started helping the next customer. First world problems but for $6+ I feel like I should get what I ordered but definitely not worse than the original."
