Domino's Pizza

"Rarely do I get bad enough service that I feel the need to write a review. I ordered two pan pizzas with peperoni and sausage for delivery online. What I received was two cheese pizzas, just cheese. Drove down to the Domino's location and explained the issue to this idiot with a goatee, very clearly explained what I ordered vs what I got. Didn't get an apology but he did say (Well I'll remake it for you), so I thought that was the end of my ordeal. NOPE, remember when I called this guy an idiot? I sit there and wait for him to remake my order and I am handed two sausage pizzas, not the sausage and PEPERONI pizzas I originally ordered. I point this out and once again I receive no apology, all I get is and I quote (Well I only heard sausage). At this point I cut my losses and returned home with what I have. This guy fails at the most basic requirement of his job, listening to the customer. Never asked for anyone's name because at that point I didn't feel I'd get an answer, at least not an honest one. Don't recommend buying from this location but if you do don't tip, it's not worth your money"

"order dominoes tonight because I couldn’t get to the grocery store before the snow hit. They were able to deliver in 20 minutes and the pizza was hot, very surprised and pleased given the weather."

"I was impressed tonight with the pizza and wings I ordered . The delivery was way faster than usual and the food was hot when it arrived. Hopefully it stays this way Delivery driver should get a raise just for being so polite"

"WORST DOMINOS AND WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER ORDERED!! I couldn’t even force feed this to a starving child. Whoever allowed this to be made, then checked, THEN delivered to me should be fired and has no business doing the easiest job ever, making pizza. This is BY FAR the most horrible Dominos I have ever ordered from, 90% of the time they carelessly and moronically screw up my orders and literally NOBODY CARES ONE BIT!!!!!!!! They have the audacity to hang up on me when I call to complain about a pizza that’s not even edible and then say “uhhhhh yea it’s gonna be a while” as if every employee is stoned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!!!!!!!!! These people are PATHETIC, my pizza literally looks like a 6 year old playing with Tinker Toys……someone obviously needs to teach these children how to make the easiest food on earth."

"I originally left a great, 5 star review, but unfortunately their customer service is making me recind that original rating. On my last order they forgot multiple topings and gave me the bread knots pictured (two of them were tiny, obviously scraps), which was unacceptable. I emailed customer service immediately, but just received an email from their customer service saying that issues with food must be RETURNED IN STORE within 2 hours of the purchase date, or their is no resolution they are prepared to make. Unless you want to make the dri e to return to the store during rush hour, skip Domino's."
