"Stephanie was so helpful and kind to me on two different occasions. The first time she saw me struggling to get something into my storage locker, and immediately came to my aid! A month or so later I lost my key, and she was so kind and understanding, and within seconds cut my lock off for me, and I was good to go. She is certainly an asset to this company!!"

"So, I chose this place cause my family used the company and didn't really have problems. When I asked to see a 5x10 unit, the lady showed me a unit, saying over and over it was a 5x10. I thought it was pretty roomy, but she's the expert and she says it's a 5x10, so I don't question it. I rent a 5x10 and what I get is much smaller. What she had shown me was, like, 10x15. So, I had to switch to a 10x10 for double the rent. Very unhappy, cause I hadn't budgeted that much each month for how long I would need it. I get a notice last week that in a month, they're raising the rent...by $60!! That's double my current rate. My new storage place agrees that's suspicious. Rent doesn't usually get raised that drastically in one go. So, they're basically doubling my rent twice in less than 6 months? This whole thing is just so suspicious and shady. Do they really think they won't loose customers trying to pull this? They're just trying to get more money out of me, but too bad. I moved out and found a better company."
