"Were friendly and polite when dropping off a refused package for return and refund, package lost in transit for about 40 days. Animal Traps and Supply was the company. They were unhelpful, sent item not as described, charged me to ship it back then charged 20%restocking fee claiming i sent back the wrong color caulk even though package was never opened."
