"I have used this office numerous times and have never had any issues. The personnel have always greeted me and taken care of my shipping request I’m usually in and out w no issues and one of the gentleman there also showed me how I could utilize the self check system in the store"

"I have read a lot of negative reviews about this UPS store and I've never experienced any problems. I've been here 5 or 6 times and always had pleasant interactions with whoever is working. Today, 1/20/23, I stopped in to ship an awkward motorcycle exhaust and Josh was an extreme delight, very friendly and helpful. He found a box that worked fine and I had a big box with lots of packing paper. It worked out great and I'll be back. Big thanks to Josh for his help"

"Garett was very helpful on getting my big box returned and reprinting my receipt. The owner was pretty calm and collected as well when a customer got upset. Kudos to both of them for being professional and I had a great experience!"

"I get frustrated every time that I go to this place. There are a couple of older gentlemen that work their butts off and then a bunch of people standing around or playing around in the back. Sometimes there are younger people that don’t know what they are doing and I can live with that. What I hate is the attitude that you get from the manager or owner. She is so rude and cocky. I hear the service in Wildwood and Fenton are much better and I’ll drive the further distance just to be treated like a customer. One of these days the attitude of the owner/manager is going to rub off on the employees and no one will go there anymore. Carol- look at all of the reviews. All mention the attitude of this lady. If you don't know what the problem is then maybe you are the problem. There is a reason why the Fenton UPS Store has a 4.2 Google rating and yours has a 2.8 Funny enough my wife went to your store later in the day after I was there to try to ship a Christmas gift and came home bitching about the UPS Store. I said did a short chubby lady with gray hair wait on you and she said yes. She said the lady always talk down to me. As a business owner I want to know when employees are giving my investment a bad name. Maybe you are the lady everyone is complaining about?"

"Lady answering the phones today needs to take a customer service class or many. Rude right off the bat. She told me that she can't let me finish talking and solve a problem that has nothing to do with mine because she has 10 other voice-mails to listen to. I would've fired her immediately if she were my employee. And from the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one getting attitude. Get it together or get a different job. I've been dealing with UPS as a business for multiple years. Better believe I will cancel all accounts and never use them again. Paying customers deserve better than this. Shame on this store as a whole and shame on UPS!!!!"
