"I have been with Allstate since my daughters were very young. They are now adults and out on their own with their own Allstate insurance policies. I have never had any problems with them, they actively review my policy every year and suggest ways to improve my coverage and reducing my costs. They are honest and tell me when I don't need something. They go out of their way to help me out. I love Allstate!!!"

"Was referred to them through the networking group. While I had insurance they were nice enough. They are always difficult to contact and it typically takes over a week to contact you back. Once you cancel or go somewhere else they no longer treat you respectfully or provide you with any type of service. I prepaid my policy and added another driver. I also prepaid that additional amount. My policy was not cancelled properly as it was prepaid, including the addition through the end of the month. My homeowners was cancelled separately from my auto which caused an additional fee to be charged. When they finally corrected the date on the auto that additional fee was still there in a much smaller amount, due to their mistake. Be careful of this agency as they are nice until they no longer have your business. This was not due to any additional amount as the payment for changes had already been deducted from my account previously in the month they just did not want to hear it once I cancelled."
