Culligan Water of Springfield

"Update: called four weeks ago as filters were going out on my drinking water system. They quoted me over $400 before taxes and told me I couldn't buy just the filters and do it myself. Had another person call and they quoted them cheaper by about $40 before taxes and again told Culligan had to install them. So I am in this for $91 a month for next several years I had the guy come out.. ..Today their manager David Brewer called and informed me that he saw a message I had sent in regards to filters and wanted to see if anyone followed up. He wanted to let ne know that yes I could install them myself and it would be around $140, when I told him I was informed otherwise he just skipped right over it and told me he emailed me a owner's manual so next time I could save money. No apology, nothing. Once again screwed by Culligan! If I could give these dumb as*** no stars I would. Has cost me thousands of dollars to have clean water. System breaks down regularly and costs me $190 to have it serviced each time it does. Clerical is rude and condensing when you call in. Beware: they sign you up and then sell your account to another company so you have no warranty. I wish I would have never gotten Culligan."
