"They can't never get anything right now. Their burgers were cold to where cheese was even old the fries were old and kinda soggy the shakes weren't made like ordered. Just a complete disaster. Here's your tip pay attention u all gonna end up killing someone with mistakes"
"I ordered a number one sonic cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and no onions. When i took a couple bites I tasted onions. I opened and realized that it is not what I ordered. At the time if the order I even corrected the order taker. I called the store let them know what happened. The manager offered to remake it, but I declined as I only have a 30 min lunch. I will not return to this location."
"The new building is beautiful and the renovation is nice but the service is just as bad as it ever was. Spent 30 minutes in the drive through for 3 slushes. All of them wrong and poorly made. Not mixed correctly and they tasted bad. Just fair warning that this place has a lot of bad reviews for a reason. They just can’t get it together here. Really wish the new building would’ve come with an updated customer service experience. Hopefully with time they will fix this!"
