"BEWARE! We bought a container that Frank said was guaranteed to be sea worthy. He said it was guaranteed not to leak. It has leaked from the day we got it and the doors are warped and will not close from the inside. Considering that we bought the container to use as a storm shelter it is useless for that since the doors wont close from the inside and the top has a rusted hole in it that is leaking. Frank refuses to return our calls to stand behind his "warranty". Check out reviews on Yelp and other places...they are really bad. Yes he's cheaper than local container sales...but the quality is bad and he obviously doesnt stand behind his "warranty". I have given Frank 3 months to respind before posting a bad review...and if he does ever respond and fix the problems I will update the review to reflect such."

"After reading reviews I was reluctant to contact this company for a shipping container. However, we had a 40 foot standard shipping container delivered with no issues! Most shipping containers have dents or patches throughout the container. This one was in near perfect condition!! Thank you so much Frank and Tony (the delivery guy)!!!"

"I have bought 4 containers from Frank in the past and the experience wasn't bad actually everything went pretty smoothly, but now I have a different opinion. My buddy needed (2) containers so i called Frank and got a quote. My buddy mailed him a check for $5500, and that was 4 weeks ago and today is March 9. 2018. The check was cashed 2 days after it was mailed. Now, he will not answer his phone nor will he reply to any text messages. We plan on taking what ever steps necessary to recover our money. I hope it doesn't come to that."

"The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to, that being said AVOID this company at all costs unless you like giving money away! DO NOT trust this company, Frank will take your money and that is the last you will hear from him. He will stop answering his phone will not return texts messages. I have been waiting on a shipping container for 3 weeks, and every time a delivery date is missed, to keep getting the excuse that the container was delivered to the wrong place... one excuse after another. and now I am getting the same excuses from someone in Oklahoma (that Frank told to call me) not Frank he wont even answer his phone now. Read all the BBB reviews also don't trust the A+ score it is misleading, the only reviews on the American pride Industries web site are ones that have been approved by API "Your comment is awaiting moderation." is the reply you get when trying to leave a review"

"I ordered a 20' container on October 18, 2016. I had to pay in full up front. The container was never delivered but the check was certainly cashed. I have been trying to contact the company for four months now with no reply to numerous voicemails & emails. Please learn from my mistake and look at their Better Business Bureau profile. This company is a scam."
