"After reading the reviews, I was ready for the worst. My appoint was 11 pm and I arrived at 4:30 pm. The guard was very nice and gave me instruction of their loading process. Asked me to park in the lot and gave me a number to call. I called the number and the lady on the phone was very nice and told me that there is a shift change and it will be a while till I can get a door. At around 5:15 I got a call from a very nice lady and asked me to come around in the back of the building to the docks. She gave me detailed instructions on how to get there. I backed into the dock and it took them an hour to load and asked me to go back to the lot and wait for a call to get your paperwork. Now after reading the comments I knew its gonna be a while, so i went back to the lot and went to sleep at 6:30pm. At around 11:15 pm I woke up and saw I had 2 missed calls at 10:45pm. Called back and they said my paperwork is ready. Got my paperwork and drove off on my way to delivery."
"Not horrible. Pretty quick in and out. Good room for backing! They can be slow if load isn't ready upon arrival."
"Place is a joke. If I could I would leave -5 stars. Over 10 hours to get loaded and then already 3 hours and no bills yet. Prepare to camp here for a while"
"parked at yard after checked in The yard bad Speed 3mph to safe your truck from damage They have Very tight scale easy to enter hard to exist No cat scale around there 24 miles the nearest truck stop has scale For me No more for this place ."
