"Not opening till 11 is really inconvenient, and several times I have gone during work hours, and they were closed. What really bothers me is that even when the CDC, the state, county, and city have said there are exemptions to mask requirements for physical and psychological issues, they required everyone to wear a mask. A family member was assaulted by someone who covered her mouth so she couldn't scream, and wearing a mask can trigger flashbacks and PTSD. They are the only local access to FedEx and UPS. I only use them when my work requires it, never for my own shipping. Lady who runs the counter is great!"
"There were very nice people. I Did not feel rushed and the lady was easy to talk to. Prices for packaging was surprisingly low and affordable. They also offer labeling and pickup from the post office so you can just pay and leave your packages there!"
"We needed to return a heavy purchase to a store. The lady at Mailboxes & More was very helpful She suggested we call sales office back to get a shipping label from them and have it deducted from the refund amount. Volume shippers get a discount and this could save us money. We appreciate the good advice"
