"Ordered a play station 5 controller and the Driver stole my package, I was home and it said it was delivered when I opened my door I saw the driver enter his ups truck and leave, my package was no where to be found. Better off going the the US postal service at least they don't tolerate theft."

"The driver for this route or employees at the pickup point are stealing packages. Not one person knew about my order other than the people delivering it and they were able to pick up my my package after drop off with only a tracking number. The managers have been friendly and helpful but if you have something coming to this location for pickup I would suggest that you or your sender reroute ASAP"
