"Littler is a great company to work for! It’s the people who are an enigma! The environment is lovely, they aren’t afraid to feed you or party with you… Some parts of this company I’m going to miss dearly but the people eye definitely won’t!! I didn’t have a supervisor that was a micromanager, that was great but the overall communication failed. I just think she’s in the wrong role of her expertise. The parking number one was horrible. Parking garage doesn’t want to allow you access out! One day I snapped! That was my fault. I left an ugly message with my supervisor. I had waited 3 weeks for ink! I was working remotely and ordered ink. I was told when I come in to work I would be able to pick up my order. The guy I initially talked to was on vacation without giving others he worked with instructions as to who, what, when and where things would be for me to pick up my ink. That was very frustrating. No one wants to thank you for going above and beyond. Someone wants to know what is going on, I’m going to give them the answer. Instead of me receiving a thank you, the person asking the question was thanked. These people are backwards. No one wants to take accountability for their wrongs! I had an invoice that was in question after it being in my care for 3-4 days. I held it becoz I was asked to put it off to the side becoz a phone call had been made about how to make payment. So, I held on to it. When the question came up about payment, I sent the email to the person so that she could see it, before I knew it, I was told how to do my job!!! She assumed, I would go ahead and process the check even though she asked me to hold off. When, I told her, that I would not process a check if anyone asks me to hold off. Just think. Had I done so without any approval, that too would have been a major issue. Instead of her telling me how to do my job, it would have been, that I don’t follow instructions. The tone was very nasty but not surprising. I was told for others to not share their work with me like they were before. Any conversing with them had to have the supervisor on the message. Things got weird real fast! The innuendos stated here and there got to be monotonous. The distance between my supervisor, her inability to speak and her overall treatment wreaked, that I was not liked. You have to schedule seating. Apparently, I scheduled seating in someone who didn’t feel the need I schedule. He’s comment was, “ I generally sit here.” Well, my seating was scheduled and my supervisor noticed he and I were discussing it, she whispered something and I was terminated before my time. She just looked, didn’t smile, didn’t speak, all the niceties were gone! LHH were unable to find out if I was going to stay, Go etc., no communication what so ever. I was ready to go!!"
