"I have had my share of problems dealing with AT&T, but the 2 times I have visited this particular retail store I received excellent help - they know what they are doing and communicate well. Note that this is not a *corporate* store, so you'll have to go to Joplin (or KC) to resolve some business issues such as closing accounts during probate. (Or spend fruitless hours on the phone with AT&T customer svc. We've all done that.)"

"Would not recommend customer service is not helpful at all. I’ve had service with this company for a few years now and two months after I got the service I started losing signal dropping calls, not having Internet with full bars and they can’t seem to figure out why that is the only thing they tell me to do is pay off my phones and get new phones. They will not let me upgrade early because they say that I took the upgrade portion off of my plan which I never did, this company is a joke and now I’m stuck with this company until I get the phone is paid off and then I’ll be able to go get new service with another provider and once that is done, I will never go back to AT&T"
