"Ups guy in Chillicothe Missouri keeps leaving my neighbors packages at my house!!! Can he not read??? This is the 4th package left at my door and label has neighbors house number on it …not my number!!!!"
"I had a package show up at 10 am on a friday. Waited all day and all day saturday. Chilli facility is closed weekends but they still deliver. Waited all day Saturday then it showed a delay. So no package till Monday, and csr said it was an issue on a plane??? The building is 2 miles away... Im not using them anymore if they can deliver to the prison and cant deliver a next day air package"
"This is the second time I have tried to have a package delivered by UPS. What a joke. They held my first package 12 days. So far they have held this one 6. They say my address is not in there computer so they can't deliver it. Last time I called them and gave them directions they still held it 4 days until I called headquarters and spoke with a VP then they put on the truck. The truck drives by my house every day but can't stop to deliver the package. FedEx and the post office has no problems delivering. They need to be shut down they should not be allowed to hold a package because looking up the address is inconvenient. The people who work at the Chillicothe location are so rude and lazy and couldn't care less if you get you stuff. If she even answers the phone she thinks she has gone extremely out of her way, and shouldn't have to any more than that."
"I recently received a package through this establishment that had been ripped open, the item I ordered had been tried on, then hastily stuffed back into the bag it was shipped in. One strip of packaging tape was put over the gaping hole in the bag, resulting in the product I ordered being dirty. When the package arrived it was placed hole-side down on my porch, like they were hoping I wouldn't notice. It's almost funny how awful the store hours are. I recommend that no one ever use this service if another is available!"
